Spray it off gently with water and lave it be. It’ll come back, it’ll just take some time.

Take cuttings and knock off all the leaves. Wash them off really good to know aphids are off. Then dip them in spinosad like Captain Jacks deadbug brew. Micronized sulfur or Dr Zymes should work too. Plant them somewhere in coco coir or soil where ants can’t just put the aphids back on them. Wait for them to root and put out new leaves. That is the safest bet. Keep up on weekly sprays while rooting. Alternate spray types so they don’t build resistance. You need to kill the ants though or they will just farm more aphids on them. If you are trying to save the plant itself get Botaniguard 22 WP and spray it. It is a fungus that kills aphids. Expensive but people sell smaller amounts on ebay.

You are going to want to clean all those dead leaves, old fruit, and trim branches back. Repot it into clean soil knocking as much off as you can. Tbh it isn’t worth the risk. Cuttings eliminates the threat of eggs left in the soil. Depends if you are trying to save this plant for future years or just a simple garden plant you will pitch.
