I live in zone 5B and tried overwintering one of my habanero plants as an experiment. I probably cut it way too short, but it's now July and still very short, though has all of this leaf growth. Is there anything I should be doing for this plant and is there any chance that it will actually grow and flower? If there's no chance that it will grow large enough this season, I may just take it out of my garden and try to bonsai it for fun
