My jalapeno peppers were doing fine but I noticed some started to get brown marks. I've snipped off these leaves already but I'm worried it might be bacterial leaf spot. We had huge rain the last few weeks which included hail, so not sure if that's what caused it. Can I just snip these off? I did get some Captain jacks copper fungicide just in case.

looks more like sun damage that has dried out. pick off any leaves that have damage.
dont spray copper. you dont need to spray peppers ever with -cides. copper is organic but it builds in soil. it’s a heavy metal. langbenite spray (a fertilizer) or potassium will help.
peppers can produce fine with BLS. had a lot of it last year and langbenite and picking old leaves helped.
