What could be the reason?

Hey everyone, I need some advice on my Red Habanero seedling. I've attached two pictures: the first one shows the leaves when they just started curling slightly, and the second one is how they look right now (completely folded up like little boats).

Here is the timeline and some context:

Repotting: I repotted it 4 days ago into this terracotta pot. It looked perfectly fine the first day, but the leaf curling started towards the end of the 2nd day.

Watering: I watered it last night hoping it would help, but this morning it actually looked worse.

Sunlight: It only gets direct morning sun until about 9:00 – 9:30 AM. After that, the balcony blocks the sun, so it stays in indirect light/shade for the rest of the day.

Since it's not getting scorched by the afternoon sun, could this be delayed transplant shock? Or is the terracotta pot drying the soil out too quickly? Any help is really appreciated!

PS. i used gemini for the post, am italian and am not really familiar with gardening terms in english.

It’s just how they respond to light I’ve read different things, but the one that seems to be true is that it’s just getting enough light and they close up. It’s nothing to worry about especially if they return to normal after. Just pay attention to stuff like that if there changes but they revert it’s probably just a normal physiological reaction to self regulate.
