First time really trying to grow hotter peppers, have 2 All Hallows Eve plants which are producing a lot of (up to 10) flowers on a single node. Never experienced this with my other peppers, is it best to pinch off the extra flowers so the plant can focus on producing just 1 or 2, or let nature take its course and leave the plant to drop the flowers it can’t support?

Let them grow. Pinching off flowers will only reduce your total harvest.
Completely normal. And stop mutilating your plants. Why do you feel the need to pinch? If the plant can’t carry them it will drop them. Nature will do it’s thing
