Homemade Chilli Garlic Sauce Recipe | Make & Store for 1 Year!
Hi everyone! Welcome back to Pramila ki Recipe.
Today, I am sharing a very easy and perfect recipe for Chilli Garlic Sauce at home. You can use this sauce to make delicious Noodles, Fried Rice, or Chilli Chicken.
The best part? If you follow my steps perfectly, you can store this sauce in your refrigerator for up to one year.

Ingredients:
Fresh or Dried Red Chillies: 250g (as per your choice)
Garlic: 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Oil: 1/2 cup
Salt: To taste
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Vinegar: 1/4 cup
Water: For grinding the paste
How to Make:
1.Grind the red chillies with a little water to make a fine paste.
2.Heat oil in a pan and cook the paste on a low flame for 5 to 7 minutes until the oil starts separating.
3.Add salt and sugar, then continue to cook until all the water dries up.
4.Add 1/4 cup of vinegar and cook for a few more minutes.
Your perfect Chilli Garlic Sauce is ready!
