Air Fried Chilli Garlic Paneer Spring Rolls ⭐🫔

🫔 Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai. Add 4–5 chopped garlic cloves and 1 large sliced onion. Saute for 2–3 minutes until the onions turn soft. Add 2 cups sliced cabbage, 2 large carrots (julienned) & 2 sliced green bell peppers (you can also use red and yellow bell peppers). Add salt to taste and saute for 4–5 mins. Don’t overcook the vegetables, they should be slightly soft but still have a nice crunch.

🫔 Add Seasonings: Black pepper, Chilli powder to taste, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, A pinch of MSG (opt)

🫔 Mix everything well and cook for another 2–3 minutes. Turn off the heat & let the filling cool completely.

🫔 For paneer, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 4–5 chopped garlic cloves and saute for a min. Add: 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp chilli flakes, A drizzle of honey (opt), 1 tsp oyster sauce (opt)

🫔 Mix everything well, then add fried paneer slices and gently toss until each slice is well coated. Optionally, If you want the sauce to cling better, add a little cornflour slurry and cook for a min.

🫔 Take a ready made spring roll sheet. Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling in the centre, top it with a paneer slice, then roll and seal the edges using a maida slurry, just as shown in the video.

🫔Arrange the spring rolls in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray or brush oil on top and air fry at 180°C, flipping halfway, until they’re golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce. 🌯✨
