sorry if this has been said but i’m from germany and i picked this up in the grocery store and i am so obsessed!!! we also dont have a huge selection, but i prefer this over the classic cholula no doubt.

I personally prefer cholula, its one of my favorite sauces, but el yucateco green is a classic.
That’s actually a decent amount of heat in my experience. Good enough to where you can still taste things other than heat, but the few times I’ve had it I was a little blown out by it. Completely different kind of heat compared to fresh peppers. This is a good hot sauce to dose yourself with, it’s an easy heat, while also being pretty damn spicy. I’d try this on crispy pork skin. You should try making jalapeño poppers. Maybe use gloves when you handle the seeds, the oil off of those is like pepper spraying yourself.
Try green, caribean and Kutbil-ik
That and some cotija cheese is a staple addition to my breakfast.
Just ordered my supply of Yucateco a few days ago. Such good sauces imo all of them.
