Chocolate Primotalii from a former DWC plant, making this plant officially a two season plant. Overwintered and produced in deep water culture, then transplanted outdoors to make room for new plants.
Heat: Absolutely one of the hottest peppers I’ve tried. Top 3 without a doubt, and I suspect that these peppers grown outdoors in peak heat will be even more extreme if that’s possible.
Burn: Your ancestors will feel your pain for quite a while.
Flavor: Earthy, floral, if you can taste anything before your taste buds quit and go into witness protection.
Overall: If you really want to hurt internally, this is the pepper that can absolutely help you out. If you cry at a bite of jalapeño, call your undertaker first.
Did I try these? ::sigh:: Sure, let’s get sidelined for a weekend. It’s been a minute since I enjoyed staying within arm’s reach of the restroom. Why not? Oh man! It’s freaking hot and it’s really sneaky. You chew on it, get a little heat immediately and think, “Not so bad”. I’d forgotten about that “feature”. Then you swallow it and the real fun begins. I’m moving these outdoor peppers into first place now. It’s hotter than MA Warthog and way more painful.
