My brother gifted me a tiny Birds Eye seedling (along with a whole village of fungus gnats) for easter and today, lo and behold, three chilis have grown! This is my first chili plant and so I have questions, first of all: When shall I harvest them?
And also, what are your top tips for overwintering these guys? I‘m in Europe and it gets cold in the fall, so I want to be prepared! How and when do I prune? How to water in the ”off season“? When should I fertilise (if at all)? I‘m grateful for any advice from you seasoned chili growers 🙂
