How to make Sichuan Wontons

1.3 lb ground 80/20 pork
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 tablespoon of finely grated ginger
1/8 teaspoon of white pepper or black pepper
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoon of cornstarch
1 egg
wonton wrappers
cook 5 minutes in boiling water

Spicy sauce recipe:
1 tablespoon of chili oil
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/8 chopped scallions
