El Yuca Verde – For when I want that green sauce tang. Heavy application. Used frequently and always on the right sideline, like a wide receiver.
El Yuca Rojo – Breakfast taco staple. Good morning to me. Simple but robust, like a most tackle.
Melinda’s Ghost – The sauce I use how commoners use Tabasco. Basically goes on everything and a couple drops in the mouth for good measure. Strong like gasoline. Graceful like a running back.
TB Garlic Reaper – Newest to the lineup. Last year’s first round draft rookie QB. Getting increased use. Interceptions are becoming rare. This QB throws heat.
