Picked some peppers today! Guajillo (big red), Sichuan Erjingtiao (long red), Thai Dragon (smaller red), and Sugar Rush Peach.
Tasted the SRP for the first time today: it was very sweet, not too hot (hot jalapeño level heat), and overall very tasty but not as fruity as I expected. Maybe I picked it a little soon, I’ll try to wait longer on the next ones.
