I have a Trinidad Scorpion and a Carolina Reaper that is not producing fruit. Fertilizer at the start and given pepper food along the way. My jalapeños and ghost peppers are producing. They look like snall trees now…. HELP! What am I doing wrong?

Blossom food and attract pollinators with bright flowers.
Also is your neighbor spraying anything on their side?
I have those 2 peppers also. They are the last to bloom and fruit for me.
