Leaves falling and growing slow, I’m lost man, red habanero

(Fertilizer 10-10-10/central Florida)
The leaves are a bit crinkly looking

I don’t know if it’s too much water, or too little, or too much sun or a nutrient deficiency.

Can you tell me how often you fertilise and water please? What signs are you looking for to determine the pepper plant is thirsty? How often do you fertilise?

Looks like they need nutrients. If you have space feed/water it and bring it inside for a day or so and let it rest. The colder overnight temp can trigger blooms as the plants programming registers the end of the season might be coming and they want to ensure they produce seed for the next gen. I would also pull that fruit and enjoy it. Let the plant focus on new growth.
