A couple of months ago I picked this "Extreme Hot" gochujang up at Kimchi Mart and it was amazing. Really great heat; much hotter than any other I've ever tried. My wife, who normally handles heat like a champ, steered clear of this level of intensity. I put it on absolutely everything; I even made a pizza with it as the base. It was near face melter hot. It paired supremely well with fresh Thai peppers. I ran out surprisingly quickly.
Fast forward to this week; I finally made it back to the same store. It was no longer in stock, so I brought the other brand that was labeled as super hot…it was not. So, I decided to peruse the interwebs, but had no luck. It isn't even on the SingSong product list on their website.
