Try this wholesome easy to cook dish, with a lip smacking Chilli Garlic sauce base. You can use which ever vegetables you like. You can enjoy this curry with rice or noodles as per your liking. This recipe is not heavy at all and can be had for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
For Chilly Oil –
Refined oil – 3 tbsp
Whole red chilies – 7 to 8 in no.
For chilly garlic sauce –
Tomatoes – 400 gms
Chilly Oil – 1 tbsp
Red Chilly Sauce – 1tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Garlic – 6to7 cloves crushed
Baby corns – 8 to 10
Mushrooms – 100gms
Broccoli – 5 to 6 florets
Spinach- 10 to 12 leaves
Salt – as per taste
