Chili Sauce Ingredients:
⢠Chili Flakes
⢠Rock Salt
⢠Cooking Oil
Dried Spices:
⢠2 pcs Cinnamon Stick
⢠1 tsp Annatto Seeds
⢠3 pcs Bay Leaves
⢠3 pcs Cardamom Seeds
⢠3 pcs Star Anise
⢠1 tsp Whole Black Peppercorn
⢠3 pcs Cloves of garlic
The procedure of Making Chili Sauce:
1. Open Stove on medium-high heat
2. Heat up the dried spices to release their oil, aroma, and flavor
3. Once the little tendrils of smoke starts and you can smell the fragrance of spices, add the cooking oil.
4. Mix salt and chili flakes on a mixing bowl.
5. Strain the flavored oil on the salt & chili flakes mixture.
6. Put in a container for storage.
