The bottles are brand new in the picture, but are still mostly full over 3 months in, and I am a major spice person – using them on a large variety of things I prepare.
I first fell in love with the original, which is my favorite (not pictured), at a local pizza shop in DC. After the original was gone, I took advantage of a good sale they had to try 5 of their other spices. I might just go back to the original after this, but they are all worth a try and are delicious as well.

Yesterday’s delivery.
Kimsa quni and green ghost are my favorites.
I definitely gotta get my hands on the green one and the Asian reds
Do these have flavor or just heat? I was looking into flat iron flakes recently
Give Wild Side Pepper Company a try too. Found them at a farmers market and I think it’s slightly better than Flat Iron, cheaper too.
They are so tasty and great heat to them!
I put the dark and smokey on damn near everything. Asian reds, 4 pepper blend, and the garlic mixes are ones I regularly order as well.
Edit: the pepper flakes grinder makes a huge difference with some of them also. The dark and smokey has some big pepper flakes sometimes.
The Four Pepper, Dark and Smokey, and Smoke Show are our favs. They have a nice fine grinder top for them too if you need the flavors to spread out more into the meal.
Fair warning though, the I Can’t Feel My Face variety (not pictured) is a bit of a misnomer. You will for sure be feeling things in your face
Was just gonna ask where that is! ICFMF is some serious stuff. Love it
What a lovely collection. Love it
My personal favorite

Truly the only pepper flakes that are consistently good!
