Californios became the first Mexican cuisine restaurant in the world to be awarded three stars when the 2026 California Michelin Guide reveal was held Wednesday night in San Diego. Overall, Northern and Central California restaurants maintained their dominance in the highest rankings. Here are the starred restaurants on the list from those regions.
