Keto Green Bean Chili Recipe
Makes About 8-10 servings of Chili
20-25 minutes total prep and cook time

2 Pounds Ground Beef (90% Lean/10% Fat) or Ground turkey
One 8 oz. can of Tomato Sauce (+8 oz. water)
3 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
One 14.5 Oz. can of Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes (+28 oz. water)
Three 14.5 Oz. cans of Cut Green Beans (+14-28 Oz. water)

1. Brown the Beef (or turkey)
2. Drain and return to stove
3. Add Tomato Sauce, Seasonings, Tomatoes, Green Beans and Water
4. Boil 8-10 Minutes
5. Serve as is or top with Sour Cream, Onions, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon or any Low Carb option!
