Mas Restaurant Group, which is backed by Bessemer Investors, has sold its 43 Ohio locations to Southpaw. No financial terms were disclosed.
Based in Houston and Columbus, MRG is a Taco Bell franchisee.

Bessemer partnered with MRG in 2018, alongside CEO Chad Motsinger and CFO Ben Walsh.
