After almost a year away from regular service, Ronin Farm & Restaurant is reopening. This time, it’s right back where its food begins: The farm.

What’s happening

Destination Bryan announced the return of dining operations in a Facebook post. The return follows renovations that transformed the farm’s barn into a climate-controlled dining room designed for year-round service.

What they offer

The updated space features suspended dining tables, according to Destination Bryan, and an immersive farm-to-table setting centered around ingredients grown and raised on-site and sourced from Texas producers.

Some context

The reopening marks a new chapter for Ronin after the restaurant closed its downtown Bryan location in May 2025 when owners Amanda and Brian Light said their lease was not renewed after nearly seven years at the Ice House on Main.

What you need to know

Celebrations kick off with a crawfish boil on April 21, followed by a full schedule of farm dinners planned throughout the year.

Tickets start at $69.20 for a 4-pound crawfish meal.

The dining room will also be available for private events. Tours of the renovated space now being offered for those bookings.

Before you go

Ronin had a softer opening with a “Pink Moon Dinner” on April 11.
