Nestlé brand Maggi Professional is expanding its world food offering with three Indian sauces in a new 1 litre foodservice format. The range, comprising Hot and Sweet Sauce, Tamarind Sauce and Masala Chilli Sauce, is sourced from India and produced to meet UK standards.

Beef and Quorn blend

William White Meats has launched UltiMeat, a range of combined beef and Quorn mycoprotein products with Brakes. The range includes two burgers (57g and 114g), meatballs and mince. Compared to beef alone, the range is designed to deliver a 40% lower carbon footprint, cook loss of 5% rather than 18%, lower saturated fat, added fibre and fewer calories.

Crispy chilli mayo

Oliehoorn has unveiled Crispy Chili Mayo, a mayonnaise infused with chilli heat and crunchy chilli flakes, perfect with gyoza or noodles. Available in a 900ml squeeze bottle.

All-in-one ice-cream maker

Carpigiani has unveiled Synthesis 1, a compact 52cm wide all-in-one gelato system that can produce, store and serve gelato. Operators can pour chilled mix into the cylinder, select a programme cycle and the machine does the rest. Once optimal consistency is reached, the gelato is ready to serve or can be stored within the cylinder at a constant, controllable temperature.

Aviko has launched MasterCrunch premium fries, designed for high-volume operations. The fries have a crispy coating to retain crunch and heat for more than 30 minutes after cooking and are available as 9.5mm or 9.5mm skin-on fries.
