Got my first ripe orange habanero ! Never grown it or tasted it, my only peppers are lemon drop and cayenne. How much damage I will take eating that ?

But seriously, don’t eat it, put it (or half) in some ramen until you get a feel for it,
Ok … it’s serious. Even the smell is different. So I decided to make a sauce to see. One half cayenne, one full lemon drop, 3/4 of the habanero, tomatoes from the garden, 2 plum with sugar out of my soon to be jam, salt, hysope, thyme sage rosemary, half a lemon roasted into my chicken yesterday and a tad of marmite to finish it.
