Canning Green Chili Sauce

The first frost has come for most of us. If you’re like me, you have a lot of unripe produce to use up. I decided to use my end of the garden harvest all together. This is not a tested recipe, it is an adaptation of Ball’s Green Chili Sauce recipe. You can find the original recipe in the Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving.

As with all my canning videos, I am showing you what I do, I am not telling you how to do it. I am still a newbie. I have only been canning for 1 year. Please do your own research to ensure food safety. Food safety is the first priority.
