I thought they were bird’s eye peppers, but they’re way too mild — barely any heat at all. The capsaicin level is probably closer to the low end of a jalapeño, definitely much less than a cayenne. I made a breakfast sandwich and planned to crunch on one alongside it, but I ended up eating two because I completely overestimated the heat lol.
Does anyone know what they might be? They taste good, just way milder than I expected.

They look like serranos
They are Thai peppers. Not trying to sound condescending. But that exactly what they are.
They are called “prik chee fah” in Thai, in English they are often referred to as Spur Chilis thanks to the similarities to the Spur on a rooster
They are not supposed to be super hot, they are used in cooking like mild Jalapenos are in America where you want to be able to add more pepper taste without quickly adding super heat
There are many varieties of Thai peppers some are wicked hot and others are mild like these
Ironically if you talk to people in the US who are either from Thailand or like to cook Thai food finding the milder peppers like these in a store is a challenge in most areas
Definitely some sort of C Annuum. Im growing two different Thai chilis and I have no idea what they are lol
