I have the good luck of being very close friends with a farmer on a farm famous for their various peppers (they even hold an annual chili pepper festival) and was given this jar of pickled ghost peppers grown right down the road from me. Diced up exactly one small piece to scatter on my sandwich (homemade ciabatta, turkey, Vermont cheddar, roasted butternut squash, roasted yellow crookneck squash, Kewpie mayo, Dijon mustard, red onion, and the ghost pepper) and this is no joke, the flavor is incredible and so fruity but my nose is running and I have only gotten through half the sandwich. First thing to really test my tolerance in a minute!
