There’s some big news for Franklin, New Hampshire locals!
Wyatt’s Family Restaurant is officially looking for a new owner.

In a Facebook post, the restaurant’s owners, Jim and Lisa, announced that they have made the “very tough decision” to sell Wyatt’s. They explained that they have spent the past year traveling back and forth between New Hampshire and North Carolina, and they’ve realized it has become too much for them to continue.
The owners say this is an opportunity for someone who wants to be their own boss and own a “very profitable local restaurant.” Serious potential buyers can contact them directly for more information.
And judging by the reaction to the announcement, there are plenty of locals who hope Wyatt’s stays exactly as it is.
One local wrote, “I hope whoever buys it keeps it breakfast, we don’t have any good places around beside you guys… so sad!”

While another wrote, “I absolutely love Wyatt’s it’s my go to breakfast place and my recommendation for breakfast around town! Hope someone buys it and keeps the authenticity”
Wyatt’s Family Restaurant is located at 71 North Main Street in Franklin, New Hampshire and has become a familiar local breakfast/lunch spot.

The owners gave an update last week and stated, “Update to previous post: There have been so many responses and wonderful comments, and I want to assure everyone that nothing is changing at the moment. we are hoping that whoever buys Wyatt’s will keep it the same great breakfast and lunch place that it always has been!! We will continue to run Wyatt’s the same as always for as long as it takes to sell.”

For now, the restaurant is looking for someone new to take the reins and judging by these comments, the community is hoping that person understands just how special Wyatt’s has become to Franklin.
