Some of them have been orange/dark orange for a couple weeks others have just recently turned yellow some are still green. Fruity Volcano #1931 from OSC Seeds
They get about 14-16 hours of light inside, I prune them a week or two ago to bring them inside

Ya’ll are pretty helpful!!! Its my second year with this pepper and last year none turned red either but I thought it was because I picked them to soon 😅 as yall can see idk much about peppers🫠 but love these plants so very much

What makes you think they’ll turn red? Is this a plant that has wintered over?
I don’t know this specific cultivar but judging from the green unripe ones, I would think these are already ripe and won’t turn red. If you let us know the specific cultivat, we might be able to add more insights.
Why would they turn red?
The yellow ones look like lemondrops and they are ripe when yellow.
My tobasco peppers stay orange… Getting a shade darker every couple days. Never really got red even off the vine… Some peppers are stubborn

That there is a yellow fruit bearing plant. Never going to turn red.
They look like Sugar Rush Peach, and if they are that is their mature color….no red in their future.

They might not. They require a specific enzyme to turn red and peppers that turn red often lack it. Given the are all the same color id say your peak ripeness and if you try to wait for them to turn red you may lose them
