Thai style fried rice with pork and a side sauce of chili fish sauce.

Ingredients:
– For chili fish sauce:
– Chili peppers
– Garlic
– Fish sauce
– MSG (optional)
– 1 Lime
– For Fried Rice
– Pre-cooked Jasmine rice, Black rice or mixed grain
– 2 Eggs
– Spring onions
– Pork (sliced)
– 2-3 Tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
– 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
– 1-1/2 Tablespoon of white sugar
– Garlic
– Mix of pre-made corn, carrots and peas
– Cooking oil of choice
– Coriander (for garnish)
