How you fairing big dang? I know that was rough lol

Fair play. I’ve grown chocolate reapers last couple of years and they are so hot, don’t know how you do this. My arse would feel like someone had used a stump grinder on it after that 🤣

Were you fighting the hiccups with this one? I’m surpised you can keep talking this long. I’ve only had one experience with super hot spice and it left me almost unable to speak. (A korean joint that actually gave me the real heat instead of the white-guy spice)

They really do have a lovely flavour. People always focus on their heat, but a good Reaper is actually tasty.

I use two on my pizza, but I dice them really fine (use tongs!!!) and spread them around on the sauce base. That way you get the nice flavour and it spreads the heat out instead of hitting all at once. Brilliant peppers the ol’ Reapers are.

Grew a bunch of reapers a few years back and dried them. They smelled so fruity and nice when I pulled the dried peppers out of the dehydrator. So on a whim I popped a third of one. Tasted great for the first thirty seconds. Then the heat hit. Belly was not happy for about four hours. But oh the endorphin rush.

Aren’t you supposed to chew them up a lot more so it doesn’t kill your insides as much? Is there actual science behind that?

We’re missing the soulful trip hop jazz keys in the background.

Anyhow, eating a pure reaper is pain. Good on you.

Idk how you do this. I took a bite of a ghost pepper and had to call it a day. My digestive tract was fine, but my eyes and nose were like a fire hose.

Bring back the soothing love music 🤩
