The new restaurant will hold a trial opening on Sunday, October 11, at the leisure complex in Rubery.
It is taking over the former Mexican restaurant unit opposite Hollywood Bowl on Park Way.
Work has transformed the site in recent weeks, ahead of the planned full launch.

A spokesperson said: “We are transforming this former Mexican restaurant into Aurora Buffet, our brand-new international buffet in Birmingham.
“Stay tuned to follow the whole renovation journey, from empty space to opening day.”
Birmingham Now first reported in September that the restaurant was planning to open at the complex, with operators targeting an October launch.
At that time, the venue was described as an international buffet for diners across south Birmingham.
However, menu details and prices had not been announced.
The opening plans have attracted interest from local residents on social media.
A Facebook user said: “Can’t wait! Really looking forward to your opening.”
Councillor Gemma Guttridge, who represents Frankley Great Park, said: “I know where I’ll be heading when it opens.”

Aurora Premium Buffet will add another food business to Birmingham Great Park, which is home to a cinema, bowling alley, restaurants and family entertainment venues.
The restaurant has continued promoting its arrival through social media posts and artwork showing its new branding. It has not yet released details of the food it will serve.
The trial opening will give local people their first chance to see inside the venue and try its offering before the full launch.
Customers planning to attend on Sunday may wish to check the restaurant’s social media channels for any updates about opening arrangements, prices and booking information before travelling to the leisure complex.
