What’s in it, exactly? Google says “sapsap” is a type of fish (ponyfish). Though don’t know if that’s right, or not. Looks good, though. 😋

One of my buddies in High school is Laotian and he invited me to a family cookout. My god that was incredible. Definitely in my top 5 eating experiences.
My favorites!!! God, I’m so jealous. My mom refuses to make the raw laab nowadays because she doesn’t like the quality of the beef around here lately.

My girl is Khmer and I really love sea food, but raw crab scares the shit out of me, especially freshwater crab. Don’t know how people can eat it without thinking they’re going to die from some horrible diseases or parasite
