Last year I got thrips on my balcony and apartment but thankfully I was able to fight against those biologically and keep my harvest.
This year it’s something new. My parents said it’s lice so currently I have for the last 4 weeks given them a shower every second day followed by soap spray but they come back.
No I’ve got about 50 ladybugs flying around and hopefully eating them. But I don’t know.
How is it? How can I defeat it?
Thanks in advance

Typical Aphid infestation, look at buying some SB plant invigorator or something similar (horticultural soap) I know you have mentioned soap in your post but dish soap doesn’t really work.
Looks like they are some big aphids, possibly glasshouse potato aphid or potato aphid.
Ladybirds will do the trick but you may find the aphid replicate faster than the ladybirds can eat – typically the larvae usually feed at night and the adults don’t tend to eat many.
Sounds silly but squishing them and then blasting the plant with water will reduce them.
