Smoked Hot Dog Sauce / Chili Recipe

In this short recipe video, we show you how to make our take on a smoked version of the popular sauce/chili to put on your hot dogs. It’s also good enough to eat on its own, similar to steamer meat

Ingredient:
2 lbs – Browned Hamburger (drained)
1 Cup – Water
1 Cup – Tomato Sauce
1/3 Cup – Ketchup
2 Tbs – Yellow Mustard
1/2 Tbs – Salt
1/2 Tbs – Pepper
1 Tbs – White Sugar
2 tsp – Chili Powder
1 1/2 tsp – Paprika
1/2 Cup – Onion (chopped fine)

– Combine all ingredients and place on smoker set at 325-350 degrees.
– Stir after 30 minutes
– Stir after another 30 minutes
– Remove from smoker and stir after another 30 minutes.
– Enjoy
