Ingredients:
Turkey Tail
All Purpose Flour
Vegetable Oil
Spices
Dragonfly Spring Roll Sauce (or any sweet chili sauce)
Steps:
First boil the turkey tail in water and salt for about an hour or until its soft and tender.
When its cooked, pour the turkey tail into a pot strainer and let it sit for a while. Remove all turkey feathers.
After mix the flour in a bowl with any spices of your choosing (mix well).
Pour the vegetable oil in a pot and turn it up to high heat for deep frying.
Coat the turkey tail in the flour mix and place them in the pot for deep frying.
Fry them for about 10 to 15 min or until they are golden brown.
Pour the sweet chili sauce in a separate bowl.
Now when the turkey tail is golden brown, toss them into the sauce bowl and mix well.
Now its ready to be served.
