Rest in 30 Minutes
Already added vinegar
1. Capsicum (1 Cup)
2. Carrot (1/2 Cup)
3. Onion (1 Cup)
4. Garlic Chopped (1 Tsp)
5. Chilli Flakes (1 Tsp)
6. Tomato Sauce (2 Tsp)
7. Soya Sauce (1 Tsp)
8. Oil / Butter (3 Tsp)
9. Sugar (1 Tsp)
10. Corn Flour (1 Tsp)
11. Water (2 Tsp)
12. Water (1/2 Cup)
13. Black Pepper (1/2 Tsp)
14. Green Chillies (To Taste)
Always Cook Medium to high heat (Chinese Style)
