1/2 cup Bell pepper / Capsicum, chopped into cubes
2 tbsp Oil
4 to 5 cloves of Minced Garlic
2 stalks of Spring Onions
1 cup Red onions, chopped
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 to 2 tbsp Red Chili sauce (adjust to your taste)
1 tbsp Ketchup or Tomato sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Salt (as required)
1/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Corn starch slurry (1 tsp of Corn starch or Potato starch + 2 tbsp of water, mix well with no lumps)
