-INGREDIENTS-
800g blade roast, chopped into small pieces or minced
1 can (540 ml) black beans, drained
1 can (400ml) crushed tomatoes
1/2 large red onion, finely minced
2 big cloves of garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
5 small dried chili peppers, rehydrated in 1/2 cup boiling water (to be reserved)
2 tbsp. smoked paprika
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. oregano
1 cup of beer
1 cup of meat stock
salt and pepper to taste

Garnishings per serving:
4 tsp. sour cream
15g cheddar, freshly grated
1/2 lime, cut in wedges (2 wedges)
1/2 jalapeno, sliced
2-3 branches
5-6 corn chips
