Yet another quick and easy recipe – Steam Fish With Chilli Bean Sauce. It takes less than 10 minutes to put together, another 8 minutes to steam. It will be ready by the time you finish washing and cleaning up.

250g white fish fillet
1 tsp Chinese cooking wine
Seasoning:
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp garlic, grated
1 spring onion
1 tsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp chilli bean sauce (Toban Djan)
