Sweet Sauce
3 cups Water
3 cloves minced garlic
1 small sized minced red onion
1 cup Brown Sugar
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 cup Cassava Starch dissolve in 1/2 cup water (hindi po ito lahat ilalagay)
Sukang Maanghang
2 cups White Vinegar
2/3 cup White Sugar
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp crushed peppercorn
8 pcs calamansi juice
salt to taste
1/3 cup fish sauce
3 to 4pcs chili
white and red onion
cucumber
Sweet Chili Sauce
1 cup water
3 to 4 chopped chili
2/3 cup White sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
4 cloves minced garlic
1/3 cup cassava starch diluted in 1/2 cup water (hindi po ito lahat ilalagay)
1 kilo Holiday Squid Balls
220g Holiday Chicken Balls
1 kilo Holiday Quekiam
