THE BEST VEGAN CHILI RECIPE // VEGAN // WHOLE FOOD PLANT BASED // OIL FREE // SLOW COOKER

The Best Chili:

2 cans diced tomatoes (no salt added)
3 tbsp tomato purƩe
1 can black beans
1 can red kidney beans
4 pickled jalapeƱos diced
2 tbsp date powder
2 tbsp molasses
1 onion diced
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 bell pepper diced
2 sticks of celery diced
1 large carrot peeled and cubed
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
1 c soy curls (soak for 1 hour and then dice smaller)

**to be honest sometimes I’m super lazy and just throw the dried soy curls in and the Chili is still great! **

1/2 c black coffee
1/2 c dried red lentils
2 tbsp dried mushroom powder (blend dried mushrooms into powder in blender)

Dump everything into the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
