Ingredients:
8-10 chili pods (New Mexico or Guajillo)
1lb of Chicken Breasts
4 Potatoes
2 chile de Arbol (optional)
1/4 of small onion
3 Bay leaves
Half of Cinnamon Stick
2 large Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp of Whole Cumin
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp All Spice Peppers
4 Cloves
