Restaurant Style Chilli Chicken l Chilli Chicken Recipe l Chilli Chicken Kaise Banaye

INGREDIENTS
1 kg boneless chicken
1 egg
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 ½ tsp salt
3 tbsp soya sauce
4 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp chilli sauce
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
3-4 green chilli
1 tbsp ginger chopped
1 tbsp garlic chopped
1 onion cubed
1 capsicum cubed
3-4 cup oil
1 tbsp spring onion for garnishing

DIRECTIONS
1. Cut boneless chicken into cubes
2. In a bowl add boneless chicken, salt, red chili powder.
3. Add black pepper powder and soya sauce
4. Add egg, corn flour, all-purpose flour and vinegar
5. Mix everything together and marinate for 30 min.
6. In a kadai (wok) add 3-4 cup of oil then fry chicken for 7-8 min till light golden color. Fry on medium flame until crisp and cooked.
7. In a wok add 3-4 tbsp oil add chopped ginger and garlic then fry for few minutes.
8. Add green chilies, capsicum and onion cut into cubes
9. Pour tomato ketchup and chili sauce mix with soya sauce
Add corn starch slurry for making slurry mix 1 tbsp of corn starch with 4 tbsp of water. Cook for 2 minutes
10. Add fried chicken and then toss well until chicken is coated well with sauce.
11. Cook for 3-4 minutes chicken chili is ready serve hot
