Soya Chilli Hotdogs Recipe:
Soya Chunks – 1 Cup
Hot Water – As Needed
Salt – ½ tsp
Maida – 2 tbsp
Cornflour – 2 tbsp

Stuffing:
Oil – For Deep-Frying + 1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Ginger (finely chopped) – 1 tsp
Green Chili (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Onion (finely chopped) – ½ Cup
Capsicum (finely chopped) – ½ Cup
Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Red Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Vinegar – ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Sugar – ¼ tsp
Water – ½ Cup

Other Ingredients:
Hot Dog Bun – 6 nos
Cheese Slice – 6 nos
Butter – 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise – For Serving
Onion (finely chopped)(For Garnish)- 3 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)(For Garnish) – 2 tbsp

Cooking Instructions:

1. Soak soya in hot water and salt. Cover and rest for 10 minutes.

2. Squeeze out the excess water. Add maida and cornflour, and toss lightly to coat evenly.

3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the soya chunks on high flame until slightly crisp (around 4 minutes). Take it out of the oil.

4. In some oil, add the garlic, ginger, green chilli, and onion. Saute until the onion turns translucent.

5. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, and salt. Saute for a minute.

6. Add the sauces, sugar, and mix.

7. Add the capsicum & fried soya chunks. Mix and cook for 2 minutes on high heat. Take it off the flame.

8. Make a slit on a hotdog bun. Cut a cheese slice in half and place it inside.

9. Spoon some of the filling into the bun.

10. Heat some butter in a pan and toast it for 1-2 minutes, covered with a lid.

11. Serve with a drizzle of mayonnaise. Garnish with chopped onion and coriander leaves.
