Fried Fish with Mangoes and Sweet Chili Sauce

I decided to do a tutorial on this recipe because it is season of Lent and also because a lot of people are already sick and tired of the usual escabeche we have been eating since we were young children. For this recipe, you can use your left over fried fish from breakfast and just add the sweet chili sauce and dress it with the garnish. For the sweet chili sauce, you can also buy the bottled ones but I prefer to make my own because I can control the flavor of the sauce. I used red bell peppers so they are not spicy at all. I used sweet mangoes (which is a favorite) for the garnish but one time I made this with pickled mangoes and it was also surprisingly good!
