Pan Fried Chicken Breasts with Spicy Sticky Sweet Chili Sauce Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 large boneless chicken breast cut in half – 1/2 to 3/4″ thick
Season chicken with salt, white/black pepper and paprika
Sauce:
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Hoison sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. minced ginger
1/4 cup honey
*Mix above well
In a skillet on medium high heat add 3-4 Tbsp. oil.
Fry chicken fillet for 3 minutes on one side.
Flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Pour over sauce and reduce to a medium.
Cook at light simmer for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done.
Flip and baste with sauce occasionally.
Remove chicken and set to the side.
Continue to simmer sauce until thickened consistency.
Serve and enjoy.
