Cooking salmon on wood planks and more is a classic that many have explored like @calwillcookit and @maxthemeatguy! Last year, I tried cooking on sliced pineapples; moreover in my new cookbook Flavor by Fire, I cooked salmon on sliced grapefruit. Wanted to try some sliced oranges and limes for this time topping the salmon off with a Chili Lime Sauce. Sweet, spicy and smoky salmon never tasted so good.
