1/2 lb ground sirloin or ground beef
1 small onion finely chopped
15 oz chicken stock
15 oz tomato sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
